Restarting the Axcient x360Sync Client (Windows)
If your files are not syncing or the x360Sync icon appears to be stuck, please follow these steps:
1. Press “Ctrl + Shift + Esc” to open “Task Manager”
2. If Task Manager opens in the simplified view, click “More details”
3. Click the “Processes” tab.
4. Locate “agent_service.exe” in the list.
5. Right-click “agent_service.exe” and select “End task”
6. Wait about 10–15 seconds
7. The x360Sync service should automatically restart.
Verify Sync
* Look for the x360Sync icon in the system tray (next to the clock).
* If the icon returns and no longer shows syncing errors, the issue has likely been resolved.
