Email Threat Protection Service Unavailable Error

Email Threat Protection Service Unavailable Error

Alert
Temporary Website Link Workaround

If you click a website link and receive a “Service Unavailable” message, the link protection service may be having an issue.

While the issue is being corrected, you can still open the website by editing the address in your browser.
Warning
(Make sure this is a legit website you are opening since the service is not able to check it for you.)
When the browser opens, look at the address bar. You may see a long link that starts with something like:

Info
https://link.edgepilot.com/...

Inside that long link, you will see the original website address starting with a second https://.

Notes
Highlight and delete everything before the second https://, as shown below in yellow.
Do not delete the second https:// or anything after it.

Notes
Then press Enter to open the website.

You will be redirected to the website after pressing Enter.
