Viewing OneDrive and SharePoint Files Shared with You
In order to view files that have been shared with you please open a browser (Edge Preferrably) and do the following:
- Login to https://office.com
- On the left hand side look for OneDrive Icon and click on it.
If you do not see the OneDrive icon then click on the small square at the top made of 'dots' as shown below: - Once the TAB for OneDrive opens, click on the left hand side on "Shared".
- You will now see on the right hand side all files shared WITH you and shared BY you.
Make sure you click on "With you" in order to view files that have been shared with you. - You should now be able to view any file that was shared with you via OneDrive or SharePoint.
