If the computer is not responding or is "stuck" on a black screen, please do the following:
- Press and HOLD the Power Button of the computer for about 5-15 seconds until it shuts completely down.
- Once the PC shut down, disconnect the power cable and press and hold the power button again for 30 secs to drain all power out.
- Plug the power cable back and press the power button once more (without holding) and let is boot completely up.
It might go through some "testing" and take longer than usual to boot up because it was stuck and shut down abruptly but it should come back up to the login screen.
