In order to streamline your new account requests, here is a simple way to find and open the
Email Account Request Form which helps us get all the necessary information to expedite your request. .

- Please look for your RTMS Help Desk icon on your task bar, typically it is hidden in the up-arrow on the right hand side.
- Find the RTMS Help Desk icon and click on it.
- Click on the New Account Request
This will open the Email Account Request Form.
Please NOTE: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to email accounts, such as for new hires since we also need to prepare the PC.
Requests submitted with less than 48hrs notice may experience delays.
