Save email as attachment .msg format
Saving an email as an attachment.
Please do the following: Save the message in .msg format and attach it to the email.
Double click on the email to open it on a separate window.
On the opened email file menu:
Click on File > Save As > Save email in .msg format
Click on File > Save As > Save email in .msg format
Pay attention where you are saving it. Open a new email address and attach the saved email.
