Microsoft Windows Remote Assist
You can get immediate help on the PC you are working by following the steps provided below.
** Please note that you first need to have a Tech person ready to assist and waiting for your remote call.
Click on the Taskbar Button:
Begin Typing: Assist
Click on Quick Assist
Enter the Code given and press: Share screen
** If User Account Control appears, select Yes to continue.
After the steps are completed, please wait a few minutes for your PC to connect.
