Some sites are built to work with Internet Explorer and have functionality that isn't supported by modern browsers such as Microsoft Edge. If you need to view one of these sites, you can use Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge.
To turn on Internet Explorer mode on your Microsoft Edge Browser use the following steps.
- In the address bar for Microsoft Edge, copy and paste this url address
edge://settings/defaultbrowser
- Then click Enter.
The Settings page will open.
- Make sure the dropdown choice for "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer" is set to Allow as shown below.

- Close your Edge Browser and then re-open.
Internet Explorer mode is now enabled. To view a website or page using Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge, use the following steps.
- Open the page that needs to open in Internet Explorer Mode.
( If it's an attachment just double click on it to open.)
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window and when the menu opens select Reload in Internet Explorer Mode as shown below.

You should now see the page or website in Internet Explorer Mode.
