How to send a Screenshot to Support
The best way to solve an issue is to provide IT Support with as much detailed information on the problem as possible.
This could include sending a screenshot and we have made this step easier for you.
In order to do this, wait for the error to appear on screen and then look for the support icon on the Taskbar.
(If you do not see it, it could be hidden so click on the UP arrow in the taskbar.)
Once you see it, right mouse click on ot and click on Help Desk Screenshot
Click on Help Desk Screenshot. This will open a new email addressed to support with the screenshot attached.
Provide as much detail on the issue such as what you were doing and when the issue happens and then send.
This will automatically open a ticket which will allow us to follow up on this issue.
